I am participating in this trip under Challenge 313 voluntarily and at my own risk.

I am aware that risks exist and may arise during the trip including, but not limited to, the hazards of travelling by air, bus, coach, tram, train, vehicle, water transport or other means, by which death, injury or illness to me or damage or loss to my property may occur.

I personally and voluntarily assume all the risks for any harm, trauma, injury or damage that I may suffer to my person or my property (whether foreseen or unforeseen) in connection with the trip.

I understand that there may be breakdowns, delays and sudden changes of schedules and/or cancellations of schedules for travel and that Challenge 313 will not be held responsible for any such delays, changes and cancellations of schedule of travel.

I understand that my property, including but not limited to luggage and personal items, may get lost or damaged during the trip and that I waive any right to claim any loss or damage on the part of Challenge 313 as regards to the same.

I understand that it is advisable for me to take out a suitable travel insurance policy before embarking on the trip to cover any medical expenses, personal injury and cover for accidents, and lost or damaged personal items, among others, during the trip.

I understand that Challenge 313 is not responsible to take any liability if anything harmful were to happen and I also accept to act in a cautionary manner to avoid any such circumstances.

I understand that Challenge 313 will not be able to refund any costs paid for the trip if I am no longer able to come on the trip and I should take out suitable travel insurance to cover this.
